- Grind the peppercorns. Use a mortar and pestle (or grinder) until you reach your preferred coarseness.
- Crush coarse salt (if needed). Himalayan salt can be chunky-give it a quick grind for better blending.
- Add herbs. Mix in dried oregano and parsley.
- Combine the aromatics. Stir in garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
- Customize the heat. Add a pinch of cayenne if you like spice.
- Mix everything well. Stir until the color looks even and the blend is uniform.
- Store the seasoning. Transfer to a sealed jar and keep it in a cool, dry place.
- Season the fries. Sprinkle over hot fries and toss to coat. Enjoy immediately!

Notes
This seasoning lasts up to six months when stored in a sealed spice jar away from heat and sunlight. We always give the jar a quick shake before using, especially if the fine powders settle. Since it contains no fresh ingredients, it stays flavorful for a long time.
