Hi, I’m Olivia Smith, a passionate home cook and the founder of CopyCat Cooks. I created this site for one simple reason: I kept eating at restaurants, falling in love with dishes, and then desperately trying to recreate them at home.

After years of experimenting in my own kitchen, I realized the process — the testing, tweaking, and finally nailing a recipe — was just as satisfying as the meal itself. So I started documenting everything, and CopyCat Cooks was born.
